​How Do I Place An Order?​

You can choose the colour and gazebo you prefer and add it to your cart or you can click the buy now button to take to you to the checkout. 

You can go to your cart after finishing from shopping on the site and and then to check out. 

In Checkout out you can see the item you want and the options you chose towards your order and still can amend any errors. 

You need then to enter your shipping details and then continue to delivery method by choosing the delivery options available to you. Then next step by entering your payment details and choosing your payment options. 

Lastly, a confirmation page will appear which confirms your order and an email will also be sent to you for your reference.

Returns & Refunds

Return is accepted for full refunds within 14 day from receiving your purchase. Buy with confidant as if you don't like it, return it for full refund. 

If you received the item damaged, faulty or not as describe,  please contact us to send you a return label to return it for full refund. 

Partial return is not accepted, you must return the all item sent to you. 

Our Return and Refund policy is applied and is accepted on a specific basis. 

We do not  accept returns for refund upon item being mis-used.
